FAQ’S

Aside from investment, what is the downside of going-it-alone? The downside is the potential impact going-it-alone could have on your upside. We all know that there is a lot of competition in business today. The right partnership and access to resources and expertise can make a significant difference in the success of a new business.

Can I just sign up a local agent or distributor to manage sales development instead? Can I just sign up a web development company? You can, but then you don’t get an integrated support system to start your business and nurture it to development. IBC has built a network of independent, multi-product, 100% commissioned sales representatives specializing in information technology based products. If your product or service is a good fit, then IBC enables you to begin providing your product rapidly to the market with limited upfront investment. IBC has a low-cost, rapidly scalable internet development team with an existing infrastructure, plus existing customizable products and services.

Can we participate in the Business Incubator if I have a non-sales business? Our program is ideal for a variety of businesses.  For example, our program works well for companies that have full-time sourcing support needs in Asia, need to create websites for tangible or intangible products and services, or just in need of development and implementation of marketing plans that integrate web and traditional approaches.

As a participant, do we maintain ownership of the business? Yes. IBC is able to make investments in the startup through its existing resources and looks for a return in the form of a small share of future revenues or a small share in the ownership of the business.
Who trains IBC? What does IBC do? You are responsible for product related training to the sales force. By participating in our business incubator, you will have intensive support and direction from our senior management in the areas of market strategy, business design, management systems, legal structure, and other things. We provide a Business Advisory Group that meets once per month. Your participation is voluntary. The Group, however, consists of other participants who are small to medium sized businesses. The purpose is to share information, networks, and business ideas, develop leadership skills, are accountable for results in a supportive environment, and have some fun.
